How can I acces to usb devices

Hello,
i'm a french noob.
I would like to access to my usb devices since my Windows seven host.
I have configured USB but it doesn't work...

Both usb toggles on? try disabling the v2.0(enhanced) option for the Guest.

When are you sticking it in? is the VM running when plugging in? does device manager show anything like a yellow warning sign?

the vm is running when i plug it in (I've tryed both). No sign from device manager

Then the basic Host installation has gone wrong or is incomplete, you always get something in device manager.
