centos iscsi boot?

centos iscsi boot?

the centos guest has no local attached drive. it was installed to iscsi target drive.

does it support booting to iscsi target like gpxe?

Please read the manual, chapters 5.10 - iSCSI servers and 8.16 - VBoxManage storageattach. It describes how to use iSCSI as VM source drive. I don't have experience with it, so unless someone who knows how to use it and has it running comes along, you're stuck with trial and error the old fashioned way.

Fedora 14 can also be installed directly to an iscsi target. I've done that with virtualbox.
To boot from the iscsi target is a bit tricky. By following the vbox menu, I have successfully hooked the iscsi target with vbox.
But as of now, I have never made vbox to boot from my iscsi target. Still trying...
