Networking problem in Virtualbox

Hi,

I'm a bit of a noob with VB and my dad actually setup everything (would ask him about this problem, but he doesn't want to help so I'm asking here). I have a Windows 7 computer with VB installed running Fedora 7. Recently I updated Virtualbox and now I cannot access the Virtualized Fedora machine from my windows computer via FTP/SCP/etc.. (the Fedora machine hosts a virtualised website which I cannot access through my browser as well). There are just connection errors each time I try to connect to it from Windows.

I was just wondering why this might be and what I can do to fix it?

Thanks,

Jack.

Well, the Forum Posting Guide states that you need to give at least some information to us to work with, so give the VM settings and we'll see what we can do.

Then what is the IP you're connecting to, the IP of the Guest and the IP of the Host (Host-Only adapter)?
