Hi!
First of all: I know, Vbox isn't created to support WinDOS systems, we can't guarantee, that it will be working etc. etc.
Simple question: is it possible to use USB joystick (I have Thrustmaster 16000M) under Vbox/Win95 OSR 2? Yes, or no?

Maybe, try it yourself. There are drivers for usb2 in WinDOS:

Re: USB joystick under Win9x (especially Win95)
Your question is rather broad; if you are only interested in Win95 then you should be more explicit.
Win98SE had USB 1.1 built in... and I can't imagine a joystick needing more than that. Not sure if original Win98 had USB. Win95 definitely did not (*).
The link that Stefan gave seems to be about a USB 2 stack for Win98SE. I don't see why you would need USB 2, and anyway I see no mention of Win95, just Win98 - and one of the big differences between '95 and '98 was the driver model (WDM arrived with Win98). Win98 could use Win95 drivers, but you'll be lucky if the reverse is true. No harm in trying I suppose, assuming you back up your VM first.
I believe I've seen a USB stack for DOS kicking about, but my guess is that this is aimed at supporting flash drives. Whether you could use this to add USB joystick support to Win95... I don't know, but I doubt it.
I'm afraid there just isn't an easy way to use modern hardware on an ancient OS.
(*) I just did a search and read that USB 1.1 support was introduced in Win95 OSR 2.1, i.e. basically a late service pack. That's probably correct, though that isn't how I remembered it.
