DirectX 7 Support / Access Violation?

DirectX 7 Support / Access Violation?
I'm trying to play an old game that uses DirectX 7 in my XP 32-bit virtual system. However, it crashes when I start the game, and I noticed that there is no support for DirectX 7. So, is there any way I can play this game or not?

Direct3D7 is not available in Vbox D3D.
