Oracle VM Server 2.2 on Oracle VirtualBox

Installed Oracle VM Server 2.2 64-bit on Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.x; installed fine and started fine, but in the login prompt of the Oracle VM Server 2.2 it says Hypervisor running in 64bit mode with NO Hardware Virtualization support. Confirmed that my cpu bios has the switch enabled as well as in the Oracle VirtualBox settings,Enable VTx/AMDv, PAE/NX, Enable Nested Paging checked.

Problem is when i am now creating a guest virtual machine from the Oracle VM Server 2.2 running in Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.x; the guest (XP) could not power-on via the Oracle VM Manager (which is also running in Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.x) as it is looking for the Hardware Virtualization support.

Is the any settings that I can tweak so that Hardware Virtualization support be active? My CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9505 @ 2.83GHz.

Thanks for any help.

You can't nest virtualization software. Virtualbox is blocking your host cpu capabilities to the Oracle VM Server. There is no way around it.
