how to reset warnings / confirmations on hotkeys?

Post by coolaj86 »

How do I reset the hotkey warnings?

On my Mac I did something akin to [cmd]+c+[space]+[enter] while typing, which of course brought up the dialog box, hit the do not show again checkbox, and then confirmed and crashed my system rather than doing the effectual copy, space, delete I was intending.

Now every time I hit [cmd]+c in virtualbox (all of the time) it promptly crashes.... really annoying.

Which also brings the question why is there a shortcut for crashing the system? I think I can do that okay on my own without the shortcut key - like choosing "power off" from the menu.
And if [cmd]+c isn't short for "[c]rash my system", then why does it keep doing it!?
