Windows 7 and missing com ports

Hey guys. With 4.0.4 I have seen the com port is back USEFUL!! Thanks for that. However, I can see it only on windows xp. I have installed 5-6 times Windows 7 guest, both SP1 and RTM and can't make it detect the com port. Installing Windows XP, however, the com port shows up right away. Can anyone give an idea why this can happen?
