As I said earlier I have no idea how & where to check all those settings, I don't even know if I have a network setup between
the Host OS & Virual Box Guest OS to use. I don't know how to verify I do or not. I'm just assuming I have since I found Virtual Host Only Network In my Net work & Sharing Center. I'm just guessing at a lot . I have never setup a network between Host & Guest & don't know how. I'm just trying to get an old Dos program to print .
Thanks

Re: Printing from a DOS program in guest with Laser?
I'm often called being to harsh but again in this case there is no other way for you to solve this issue then by reading and learning, there are plenty of beginners wiki's out there about networking, file and print sharing.

For some reason I just can't grasp how to setup a Network between the Host & Guest , nothing ever seems to be regonized by either Host or Guest. If their was only clear idiot proof instructions!!

Add a Bridged network adapter for the Guest, see if you can ping the Host over that, a 'new view \\HostIP' should list available shares. What if you do this net view command on the Host? (view itself)
