Well ill be i found out was wrong.
For the built in cam and built in mic i had to enable the USB settings in the virtual box before you boot the OS.
The cam started working automatically and the mic was showing in the audio settings but i couldnt get it to move when i said something, even when i turned everything thing up (inside the virtual box)
The problem was that the LINUX host i'm using had my microphone MUTED!!!!!!!!

(((((
All these months i've spent googling and messing with this thing when i knew it was there. \
I kept telling myself how is it listed and detected but not recording me.
I was messing up by only checking the settings on the VB in windows 7
This afternoon i finally checked the settings on linux after reading a reply from someone.
You should have seen my face when I noticed it was muted lol
Well i hope this information helps someone else.
Thanks for all the replies, Bye.
