Bridged Networking on Windows 98 SE

Post by wnerw »

Hi all!

Yes, I am completly noob and I don't know how to get things working properly. I am asking you for help - would you, please, write a step-by-step tutorial how to get bridged networking work on <<Windows 7 - host, Windows 98 - guest>>? I'm trying to set up this type of connection again and again, but without any results... I really need this to have some other things working (and that thigs REALLY requires a bridged networking - win98 has to obtain its own IP adress).

Thank you guys (and gals) for any advice you may give me :)

PS Sorry for my English - it's not my native language...

In a Forum you should ask for a special problem.

Where is the problem to change the vbox settings for the guest to bridged?

No one will write you a step by step guide. Check the manual, try something, come back with special questions.
