before installation, it says this: "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify compatibility with Windows Xp."

Then it says: "Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system immediately or in the future."

Any suggestions/advice on how to carry on?

VirtualBox does run in Windows XP so you can go ahead and install it.

uh oh i have a problem. It won't let me install since the message keeps popping up even though i clicked "continue anyways".

EDIT: should i try reinstalling the software from the beginning again?
