Start the VM, then click on Devices > Install Guest Additions. The ISO will be loaded automatically. Does it do that?

Yes it does that sommetimes,thats why I wanted a special one to load from.
I had the 4.02 but deleted it by misstake. And now I can´t find where to DL it.

Ah, then check the VirtualBox FAQ. The link is in there, with an example for 2.0.4 (but you can change it to 4.0.2).
