how to change the "Physical Address" for virtualbox's MAC?

i only select the bridge network when i re-setup the virtualbox,
this time,it don't add the new MAC on host.

A success story:

I had a similar problem to the poster, with a program where the copy protection locked it to the MAC address of the host:

I used regedit to find and modify the MAC field of the key named:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0013

I set it to the MAC in the working state, and after a reboot the copy protected program now works again.
