Windows Server 2008 Standard (Guest) on Win 7 host - Hangs?

Hi all,
Just a generic post really. I'm currently using the setup posted in the subject on 4.0.4. Both OSs have the latest updates, all legit. Install was flawless, networking is flawless, everything just works.
However my Win2008 machine in Virtualbox seems to hang after about 15-30mins. I use this as my development server so I'm running IIS7/Railo/Tomcat/MSSQL. No other software is running as IIS connects through shared folders to access files on the host machine.
It only seems to hang when Windows "locks". The machine freezes up as soon as the locked screen appears. Does any one else have this problem?
It's suddenly occurred to me to disable the screensaver that locks the machine, I've done that and I'll see how it goes. Still, anyone else experienced this with 2008 or any other versions?
Cheers!
