W7 x64 v4.0.4 usb wont install

So I made the switch to 4.0.4 and while my sound works wonderfully and perfect, now my usb wont work lol one problem after another oh boy. 
Theres only a few options that I could work with that configs the usb. that being trying to install the usb driver while its running in VM and then removing and adding a usb filter in the settings thats all. It worked on my old version i know that the v.3.12.6 but sense I made the upgrade it wont work I freshly installed this recently.
I made a few tries at searching the forums, but seems no one has run into this problem yet.
