Guest addition install fail under win7

Hi,

My host is Ubuntu 10.10 64bit and VB version is: to 4.0.4

The client is win7 32bit.

I keep getting the following error when I try to install Guest Additions on the guest in safe mode.

ERROR (00000020): The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

ERROR: Could not install files for Windows 2000 / XP / Vista! Installation aborted.

I attached the logs from the install to this thread.

Any idea whats prevent me from installing the Guest Additions?
