No USB emulation

Post by Anakunda »

Hello,

I'm trying to use several USB devices on VBox client (WinXp).
Enabled USB/USB driver
Enabled USB 2.0 (EHCI) bus

In device filters I have added filters for devices I want to use in client and have checked them.

If I run the client, host OS tries to install VirtualBox USB device, but fails (the device was disconnected)

Then in client I have all emulated devices unchecked with status unsupported or disconnected. Trying to turn on does have no effect.
Please for solution.

Filters are for when the device is not in use by the Host, or if you plug them in after the VM runs. So unplug all the USB devices you want to use inside the Guest, start it, wait for it to load, and then plug them in.
