Hi,
First post here. Hope I'm posting in the right place.
I run a Windows 7 Host.
Installed VBOX 4.0.2 r69518 yesterday
Installed a Windows 7 Professional as Guest
I'm transitioning from Free VMWare tools to VBOX. Or at least that's my idea.
When I install the Additions, then I can't boot the Guest anymore. It hangs (and hangs the VBOX instance) when it's booting up. But works in Safe Mode.
I've decided to try each driver on it's own. And I've tried re-installing, and adding the Video Driver manually.
It hanged too. So I discovered it's the Video Driver from the Additions that does not work.
Then, I've installed the additions and Rolled Back the Video Driver before rebooting. Everything cool now.
Is there any way to overcome that? I will use Windows RDP mostly so I don't think I need to install it. But this might be a Bug Report too. Where do you report bugs?
Thanks for your help.

Did you install Windows 7 in the guest from scratch or are you using a virtual disk from VMWare? If the latter, did you remove the VMTools (before moving from VMWare to VirtualBox)?
