VB 4.0.2 don't install guest w7 64 bit

Dear all
I'm not able to run the installation process for w7 64 bit on VB 4.0.2 r69518.
In VB hadrware virtualization are enabled for both VT-x/AMD-V and Nested Paging

PC details:
4 GB ram
moterboard= asus PCKC
processor= intel core 2 quad Q6600
dual boot: windows 7 64 bit/ubuntu 10.10 64 bit

"It does not work" does not help. Be exact. Post error messages and logfiles.

What is the host? Windows or Linux?

When does the error appears? Did it install and the error is after first reboot?

Hi Stefan and thanks for your help.
I tried to install guest w7 64 bit on both my host OS (w7 64 bit/ Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit) with the same error message.
When in VB I start to install w7 64 bit, at first everything seems ok but after about 30 sec I get that error message.
My DVD with w7 is not broken.
I suppose the problem is related to guest 64 bit OS.

Is it a full win7 install dvd? Or is it a recovery dvd from your pc?

It is the same dvd I used to install my other host w7 64 bit.
I suppose it is a full w7 install dvd.
Just to know.. Are you running a 64 bit OS on your VB?

It is not a DVD from microsoft or manufacturer... Do you know what I mean?
If the problem is the DVD why it worked fine on my host?
I read on the forum to check also some data for the bios to be able to run 64 bit OS. What are this data? I have a Motherboard Asus P5KC.

I still think that there is something wrong with the DVD. The error message shows that the vm is trying to boot, nor run the installer.
