Is it possible to share a guest's folder with the host?

Example Situation: I want to share a folder called "Shared" that is located on the guest with the host.

Guest: Windows XP
Host: Windows 7

Any ideas? I can only find sharing host's folders with the guest, not the other way around.

Sure. Use standard network sharing. Bridged or host-only mode.
