Problems installing Ubuntu 10.10 on VBox 4.0.2

I had success with this yesterday on my XP machine, but today I redownloaded an Ubuntu ISO and tried to install it on my Win7 machine. Made it all the way through the installation, to where it asked me to restart, so I said OK. It started shutting down, but then got stuck a few steps after closing everything. After a while, it told me it had crashed and gave me the option to debug or let it close. The Guest OS seems to be working fine, but I thought I'd send you guys the log, just in case it can help.
Edited the title, since the installation went fine (when I remembered to eject the install disc, it boots fine)

And where is the faulty log? You attached a log of your current run, I just see that you suspended the VM for a moment and the last entry is that you resumed the VM.

I think it is, but Windows in Linux Guests? I just see this:
Code: Select all
00:00:00.234 Package type: WINDOWS_64BITS_GENERIC
00:00:00.246 pdmR3LoadR0U: pszName="VMMR0.r0" rc=VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE szErr="supLoadModule returned VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE"
00:00:00.246 VMSetError: E:\tinderbox\win-rel\src\VBox\VMM\VMMR3\VM.cpp(350) VMR3Create; rc=VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE
00:00:00.246 VMSetError: VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode. Please close all other virtualization programs.
00:00:00.246 ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_FAIL (0x80004005) aIID={515e8e8d-f932-4d8e-9f32-79a52aead882} aComponent={Console} aText={VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode. Please close all other virtualization programs. (VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE)}, preserve=false
00:00:00.252 Power up failed (vrc=VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE, rc=E_FAIL (0X80004005))
So, Windows installation problem because another virtualizer is active. Where's the Linux log? Please, READ! the log before posting it.
