HD was full. Completely dead now.

HD was full once. After I closed virtualbox then I opened up space then reseted my computer. Now it tells
My virtual WindowsXP is inaccessible now.

I created new machine. Now it is working somewhat. I lost the recent data but it is working anyway.
Please teach me how to get it back properly for the future.

Nothing to teach. Buy an external disk and copy the vbox files to this dik as backup.
