Reaction to tickets?

Hi,
I submitted a ticket (#8108) about strange restrictions in installing the extensions - 6 days ago
So far there was no reaction at all (not even "won't fix")-- is that to be expected?

They get to these as fast as they can.

But this has already been asked here and answered. You can not (at this time) change the name of the extension because they use the name to validate that you have the right version of VirtualBox.

ok, no big problem here.

Where can I make the suggestion to mention this fact in documentation?
