recovering password of WINSRV08-32

dear all,
i installed windows server 2008 - x32 as guest into VirtualBox 4. i worked alot with this VM, but later i forgot the password of Administrator. I still dont have any Active Directory installed in this VM, so i just have one user (the Administrator). I tried to download free bootble images for recovering password of Windows Server 2008, and then mounted them to the VM as j-drive (SATA port = 0), but i does not work. I am sure, this will work with non-VMs. The problem is, that i cannot get these images / cds to boot from inside the WINSRV08 VM.
Do any one have any idea to get around this problem ? or is it a VirtualBox Bug / WINSRV bug ?????
