Host/guest port values cannot be set to zero.

I'm running a dedicated server for a game on the guest os (WinXP) which is running on VB for mac

im trying to forward port 2576 for tcp/udp

i went to port forwarding, and i set up both of the ports as the following

Protocol---------------------Host ip--------------host port--------------guest ip--------------guest port
=================================================================================
TCP----------------------192.168.1.125------------2576----------------10.0.2.15---------------2576
UDP---------------------------same-------------------same-----------------same------------------same

But I get an error saying "The current port forwarding rules are not valid. None of the host or guest port values may be set to zero"
I tried again with TCP only and managed to get that to work, but I keep getting the same error with UDP.

I can confirm that the TCP port is forwarding, i tested it within the guest os.

EDIT: *sorry for all the dashes, it wouldnt display correctly without them*
