SOLVED: Permanently disable Mouse Pointer Integration ?

I have some VMs that do not work well with mouse pointer integration. Is there a way to disable this feature permanently for a VM, so that I do not always have to disable it whenever I start the VM ?

I found the solution for my problem: Unchecking the "Enable absolute pointing device" under the System settings fo the VM did the job.
