Windows 2008R2 blue screen during installation

I'm having trouble installing 2008R2 on Virtual Box 4 (Win7 host, 6Gb)
Althought i can install 2008 (x64), i get blue screens when installing 2008R2 (x64).
I will try downloading the iso this evening, to make sure it's not an iso issue.
I started using VBox 4.0 last week, and i didn't have this problems prior to version 4.
The machines i made with 3.x are still working , even after upgrading to version 4.
However , it seems i'm no longer able to create a new 2008r2.
I'm using the same iso file as for all my installations.
