USB WIndows 7 64bit with WinXP 32bit guest

Hi,
does anyone get the USB support working in this compilation? Everytime the host recognize the USB stick and nothing happens in guest. I tried all combinations a found in help and google:
-Guest only one Prozessor
-create filter
-plug in befor guest start and vs.
and all other combinations a found.
Any suggestions?
