Can VirtualBox Import Parallels VM?

I saw a note somewhere that said version 4 could now import Paralles VM's. Is this true?

apparently according to the notes do exactly that altho there would seem to be limitations on some of the versions.

Image files of Parallels version 2 (HDD format) are also supported.[24] For lack of documentation of the format, newer formats (3 and 4) are not supported. You can however convert such image files to version 2 format using tools provided by Parallels.
I personally haven't tried it as converted mine to vdi purely for performance sake.
