VB 3.2/4.0: VistualStudio won't start if 3D enabled!

Until VB 3.2, 3D support was turned on and I had no problems with any application. After I installed v.3.2 and v.4.0 and after updating Guest Additions, the Visual Studio no longer works. To be precise, I can start it, but I cannot see the content of its window (it's always white or black) just like that part of the screen cannot refresh. When I turn 3D off, the problem's gone.
If you wonder, why I didn't report this sooner, the reason is that I wasn't able to figure out what was the problem. I thought the problem was in v.4.0 so I returned to v.3.2 and the problem is still here.
My system is Ubuntu 10.04 and the host is Windows 7.
How to simulate this error:
1. Install VB v.3.2
2. Install the Guest Additions 3.2
3. Install 3D support and turn it on
4. Start Visual Studio 2010
Maybe some other apps doesn't work, but I only noticed it with Visual Studio.
