Canon MF4150 USB Printer/Scanner/Fax

I'm trying to install my multifunction printer, a Canon MF4150 in Win7 on a MacOS host. I was able to do this in VB3.x.

Now, I get an error:
"The printer driver is not compatible with a policy enabled on your computer that blocks Windows NT 4.0 drivers. If you want to use this driver, contact your system administrator about disabling this policy."

Oddly, the fax installs, but neither the printer nor scanner. I enabled USB2, installed the extensions, and Windows does 'see' the printer... just gives me the above error when trying to install.

A bug in VB4??
