i download virtual box4 from http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/virtua ... 51-Win.exe
and install on windows7 after installation open virtual box but it not work correctly. what s the matter.

i double clicked on virtual box icon on desktop then i didnt see any interface
but in my windows process i see virtualbox.exe
but in my windows process i see virtualbox.exe

It looks to me like you have vmware (vmware-tray...) running at the same time. AFAIK you can not run VirtualBox with vmware if they both are VT-x/AMD-v aware.

Can I assume that you have rebooted the host PC and that you have tried re-installing VirtualBox and rebooted after you removed vmware?
