Well there is a Guest OSes page that gives a list of compatible OSes that lists Novell Netware 6.5 as not compatible, but the page hasn't been updated since 9-15-2010.

So I'm assuming that it hasn't yet been updated for Virtualbox 4.0

following the google link above there are some reports how to make it work (w/o any warranty: i just know how to write the word "Netware")
