Bridged Network doesn't work

Hi, I have already installed Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 on my Mac, but bridget network won't work. Ubuntu works fine in bridged network, only Windows not. I have tried every network cards.
Can someone help me?

I take it you mean to say that you have installed Server 2008R2 inside a VB guest, and have attempted to configure bridged networking, but you haven't said how you configured it, or exactly what you tried, or in what way it doesn't work. What troubleshooting have you already tried?

Is there anything unusual about your setup? Are you connected to a VLAN trunk?
