No video in Adobe premier cs5

I have installed Adobe Premier cs5, but when I play a small avi file it does not show video but only plays the audio. I have also enable 2d and 3d acceleration along with the video memory is set to 128 mb. The system is running Fedora 14 in amd64 mode and have Geforce 460 and Core i7.

Nvidia driver from nvidia.com installed? Or nouveau?

Guest Additions in Widows Guest installed in safe mode?

I have installed Nvidia driver 260.19.29 with both 32 and 64 bits version of the nvidia opengl. The virtualbox add driver was installed using the safe mode of Windows 7 64 bits. Is there anything I can do to debug this problem by providing a log file.

And which VBOX version?

Sorry the Virtualbox version is 4.0.0 release r69151. The rest of the system is update to the latest version in Fedora 14, and Windows 7 in guest is update to latest version using Windows update.
