Hi
My System is:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 (Virtualiztion ON in BIOS)
8192 MB RAM
Win7 64bit
when I make a new VM I choose Ubuntu(64bit), AMD-V is automatically turn on, but I get still the error message when I start up the VM.
Somebody an idea what's wrong ?!

VirtualBox is not seeing the hardware virtualization for some reason.
Make sure that it is on in bios ( I know you said it was)
That you do not have XP mode installed in Windows (this conflicts with any Virtualizer)
Download a test program that will tell you if you have the feature and that it is enabled. (see below)
