Setting up a virtual network?? Please help

I am new to virtual box and I am looking to set up a lab environment for some Active Directory.
I have P2V'd 3 domain controllers and 1 member workstation for this lab.
What I want to recreate are different subnets on a "host-only" or "internal network".
Basically, I have this:
DC_A = 172.17.1.10
DC_B = 172.18.1.10
DC_C = 172.28.1.10
Member Workstation = 172.19.1.10
Is there a way to set a virtual network up in virtual box to do this? Some sort of virtual routing / switching??
Thanks
sb

The easiest and for most the best way to use and test Windows domains in VirtualBox
Setup Windows Domain in VirtualBox
The actual Windows configuration will come from Microsoft forums as that is outside the scope of this forum.

Thank you for the reply. I understand that the Active Directory configuration itself is certainly out of scope for this forum.
That said - I am trying to convert our existing AD structure to a virtual environment to perform some testing. Our production AD lies across 4 subnets - 172.17.x.x, 172.18.x.x, 172.28.x.x and 172.19.x.x.
If I create brand new DCs in virtual box and try my best to duplicate our environment on the same subnet - I am able to get this to work - but it isn't really a "test" environment without the different subnets. The sites and subnets are configured in our domain as well as DNS and all of that stuff that goes along with it.
Is there a way that I can put some type of virtual device in the mix here that says if 172.17 is trying to go to 172.18, here it is... as in.. route the traffic? I don't need any internet access or any access to any resources on my production network. I just want to model our current environment in a virtual lab.
Thanks again

openwrt has a x86 port you could use that as a low footprint router:
google openwrt virtualbox
and thats not the only router distribution ...

There is really no reason why you can't emulate the physical setup in a virtual environment. You can have different subnets running in the same internal virtual network, or you can create multiple internal networks and run one subnet in each. In either case, you need a router vm with an interface in each subnet, just as you would in a physical network.
