vbox 4.0 vm crash xp sp3

...a VM that ran just fine under the previous VirtualBox crashed shortly after logging in as administrator
the first time running it under VirtualBox 4.0. (installation includes the extension pack)

Host system crash log attached. Host is OS X 10.6.5, all updates, running on a Macmini2,1. Guest extensions
must have still been from the previous version of VirtualBox, since I didn't have enough time before it
crashed to update them to the version for 4.0.

I too have similar configuration, for me I see IE always crashes for each refresh
