Newb SNAFU...Remote View Tard Roadblock
Posted: 22. Dec 2010, 20:28
Ok, I'll admit it, I'm a VB tard. I just dont get what im doing wrong.
Here's the setup...
1) Win 7 host
2) Win 7 guest VB Sandboxed using Sandboxie with NAT network on Workgroup
3) Using third party remote view software RADMIN
-----------------------------
I'm using default port forwarding...can't connect.
Do I use ISP IP? Do I use VB IP? Do I use local router IP since my ISP uses a external IP proxy?
Do I set my router ( linksys ) to allow port forwarding?
I'm using windows firewall and nothing else.
-----------------------------
I've got the remote view server on VB enabled with null method.
I've tried reading the manual but ive got information overload. Cant think straight.
I just want to remote view the VB.
What am I overlooking?
Thanks for your help.
