Windows XP Not Picking Up Keyboard or Mouse

Hi,

I have VBox installed on Ubuntu 10.10. I imported a virtual pc hard drive with windows xp installed on it. The image boots but when I give virtual box focus the keyboard or mouse do not work in side the window xp. Any ideas? Hope this also make sense.

By "imported a virtual pc hard drive" I take it you mean you used a VHD file created by the Microsoft Virtual PC application? If yes then the problem is that the VPC Guest Additions need to be uninstalled (try booting it up in safe mode).
