I can't launch SBS 2008 on VBOX

I can't run the installation of WIndows SBS 2008 Server.

I have this message :

"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem bla bla bla"

Error code : 0xc000025

I'm on a Windows 7 x64. I tried to put the guest OS in x86 and x64, it's the same.

Is this a VPC image of SBS?
Anyway if it is an ISO put sbs 2008 in virtualbox in google.
