hi,
ive been using virtualbox for a while now on my mac os x snowleopard
and ive hit a point where i need to install 64bit ubuntu in virtualbox
can this be done?
i only have a imac, intel core duo 1.83ghx 1.5gb 160GB
but my imac at work is a intel core 2 duo 2.1ghz 2gb 250GB
which one will it run on?
because everytime i try to install the ubuntu it says i require a x86_64bit cpu

Dont know exact about MAC.
But the CPU must have Virtualization enabled in the BIOS. Else 64 bit guests wont work.

When you create a new VM you can select the OS and the Version. Pick Linux / Ubuntu 64b and just make sure you've downloaded the Ubuntu 64 image from Ubuntu.com
