Cannot video call in WLM

Cannot video call in WLM
For some reason I am unable to make video calls in WLM. I installed Windows 7 32bit on Virtualbox 3.2.12. After the installation was complete I installed Guest Additions, then updated Windows. After installing WLM i went to "Setup audio and video devices...". It detected that I have audio, a microphone and a webcam. I could see myself on the webcam and I didn't receive any errors. After opening a chat window it only lets me make a voice call. If I go to Actions > Video. 'Start a video call' is grayed out and I can only select 'Get a webcam'. I'm using the latest version of WLM and the host OS is Ubuntu 10.10 32 bit.
