Windows 7 Guest bluetooth device (Plantronics) recognition?

I have VirtualBox running on Linux Ubuntu, and it's been a valued tool for quite a while.
I installed a Windows 7 Ultimate guest, and all went well. It recognizes the RocketFish Bluetooth USB dongle perfectly, and I can initiate pairing with my Plantronics Voyager Pro, and it pairs with it. Unfortunately, when it is paired and connected, Windows 7 reports that there is no driver for the Plantronics device, and it is not useable. I haven't been able to locate any drivers to use or install.
The Linux host bluetooth software sees the device fine, and pairs with it, and when I connect the VirtualBox host to the USB Bluetooth dongle, the host disengages the bluetooth connection, which is what I want to happen. If the bluetooth headset is active in the host or not, the symptoms in the Windows 7 guest are the same: no driver recognized for the Plantronics headset.
When I run this same setup without VirtualBox, with Windows 7 as the host OS, it recognizes the Plantronics headset perfectly.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks!
