Independent on host internet connection

I'm using a standard ethernet connection on my host (WS 2008) and I'd like to be using a connection of my Windows Phone connected via USB on the guest (WS 2003). Both types work fine in my guest, but I don't know how to disable sharing the connection with my host and allow the mobile internet on my guest OS at the same time.
