Paused---after disk full error message

any pointers will be greatly appreciated....

error message:

The error message is saying that the host disk is full - meaning the host partition where your VDI file is stored. Is it in fact full? If yes then you'll need to free up some space or relocate the VDI file to another internal drive with more free space.

I see that you highlighted your guest RAM and disk space allocation: but note that the error message relates to host disk space.
