build on systems already installed

I alreadye have 2 SO instaled (linux and windows) in a differnt partitions of the disk. I want to install Virtual Box in the first SO (linux) and use the second SO (windows) through the Virtual box.

In other words, i wana each SO in a diferents partition of the disk. Is it possible?
