Change menu location in fullscreen

Hi there,

Is it possible to change the slide-up menu when in fullscreen mode? It drives me insane when I want to select a window via the mouse that just so happens to be under where the slide up menu would go. For clarification, the menu I'm referring to is the one that you can pin in place and has "Devices" and "Machines", along with the standard minimize, maximize, etc. buttons.

You can move it to the top or you can disable it.
It is in the guest settings and called mini toolbar.
