Hi
I was using Windows XP Guest in Virtual Box at Windows 7 Home Premium. That was corrupted and is inaccessible. I have installed another XP and now I want to mount the first XP hard disk to newly installed one. I have to copy some important data from the old one. I have not still removed the previous XP from virtual box, neither it's virtual drive.
regards

Re: Windows XP Guest - Add another Virtual Disk
You can try to attach it in the guests storage section. Click the HDD symbol to add and then select it from the drop down menu and see if you can read the data. It might not work though. It really depends on how bad the crash was on the structure of the file.
